This country is truly a gem among spoils. Everywhere you turn you will see something beautfiul covered by a layer of filth. The young Vietnamese are not taught in their modern educational institutions to respect their environment, which is a shame, because they have so many historic landmarks scattered throughout their country worth respecting.
